Basically the location and the fact that is a small hotel with only 13 rooms so it is quiet.
The only problem is that you don't have any place to stay, have something to drink unless your room so it is perfect for a short stay of a couple but not for a long stay and with children. Price is quite high for what the hotel offers.
Wonderful location and facility. The neighborhood is safe and provides a grocery store across the street, wonderful pastry shops and small cafes. My granddaughter and her two friends loved thier suite on the 5th floor. Rooms are large and cheerful. Staff were very helpful in arranging our tours and handling our questions.
Wonderful hotel. The staff was very helpful.
Room was a bit small but we managed by leaving suitcases in the hallway.
My husband and i loved the convenient location and the charm of this wonderful hotel! it was perfect for us. Although the rooms were small there was a space for everything (ie suitcases and storage space.) We loved the decor and the beds were great. The staff was fantastic1 Will recommend this hotel to our friends. We first learned about it from Karen Brown's book. A real winner!!
Overpriced. It's nothing special for $213 per night. Room was very small and stuffy. Couldn't sleep with window open because of traffic noise (requested a quiet room and was given room next to elevator). Insulation between rooms also poor. Staff were uninformed about what was included in rate and insisted that breakfast was not included. It was. Very poor selection for breakfast and not as described. Overall an expensive poor night's sleep.
Friendliness of the receptionists (female). Perfect location (also bakery, grocery close to the hotel). Nice breakfast in the room.
A little bit too small, especially an elevator. The first sheets we got were not really clean (we had them quickly exchanged though).
Excellent staff. WiFi that works. Good, in-room continental breakfast. Rooms facing street very nice and surprisingly quiet.
Ideal location in the center of Paris. Close to the Louvre/museums, subway stop, outstanding shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely come back here next time we're in Paris.
My flight was delayed and caused me to miss my connection flight to Paris. Email the hotel and let them know that I would arrive the next day at 6am. My flight was arriving late and traffic in Paris was terrible, the concierge called me while I was on my way to the hotel to make sure I am ok since he was expecting to see me at 8am. The location was great. It is short walk to the Louvre and Opera. Restuarants everywhere. Perfect location. Room is clean and the size is not bad for Paris, although I had a double room. This is one of the best hotels I stayed at in Paris.
Loved Jerome thereceptionist and the service he gave.
Location - clean and helpfulness of staff
Its in a very convenient position, beds are comfortable, staff always very helpful.
sometimes a little noisy on the Rue St Honore side early in a morning.
